TRIM-LIFE - Weight Release Program
TRIM-LIFE is
a 4-week weight release program. Participants
will learn ways to take control of their overweight habits. Each
session lasts 3 hours. This program
includes the 4 group sessions, workbook, hypnotherapy audiotapes and
6 group support sessions. Hypnotherapy has proven to be superior
to diet programs. This is not a diet it is a lifestyle change.
CLEAN BREAK - Stop Smoking Program
This group stop
smoking program consists of 4 weekly classes. Each
class is one and one-half hours. Participants will learn to
replace the unhealthy habit of smoking with new healthy habits. This
program includes the four weekly sessions, workbook,
and support audiotapes.
FOCUS - Stress Reduction & Relaxation
FOCUS will teach participants
how to reduce stress in their lives through relaxation and self-hypnosis. The program consists of
four weekly classes. Each class is one and one-half hours. The
program the four weekly sessions,
a workbook and support audiotapes.
